Find your breath, align and let go. Our experienced yoga teachers will guide you through a variety of classes including Gentle Yoga, Hot Yoga, to Candle Lit Yin.

Hot Yoga - 60 min | Xpress - 40 min

Flow with intention and move with the breath in this faster-paced, sweaty, full-body practice designed to tone, stretch, strengthen, and challenge.  All classes are designed to be practiced in a heated room (100˚F +).  Cool down with our signature essential oil-infused cold cloths that will be offered by your teacher just before shavasna.


Warm Yin - 60 min

Experience deep relaxation and a full-body stretch in our heated class (79 to 89 degrees). Our longer-held poses will help you release tension and quiet your mind, allowing you to fully relax.


Candlelit Yin - 60 min

A heated class (79 to 89 degrees Fahrenheit) in a dimly lit room of nothing but candles. Allow yourself to move inward, slow down and unwind in this calming practice that uses long, deep stretches to enhance joint mobility, circulation, flexibility, and overall relaxation.


Yoga Flow - 60 min

A Vinyasa yoga practice that will get your blood flowing and your heart rate up. Suitable for all levels, this class focuses on movement with breath, building heat in the body and improving circulation.


Slow Flow & Yin - 60 min

Improve your foundational yoga skills and slow your body and mind with our low-impact class. We'll focus on strength, balance, and form, and incorporate longer holds and deep stretches in the second half of the class.


Gentle Flow - 60 min

Set to calming music, you will be guided through yin and restorative postures strung together in a gentle easy flow. Perfect for increasing flexibility, finding more range of motion and stimulating circulation.


Pilates - 45 min

With an emphasis on slow, controlled, mindful movements that are designed to tone and lengthen in this full-body, breath-focused workout that combines core, cardio, balance, mobility, strength and flexibility.  You will build strength, stamina and long, lean muscles.


Restorative - 60 min

Restorative yoga is the epitome of relaxation. With the help of props, you can hold poses for longer periods of time without any strain. This practice aims to bring physical, mental, and emotional relaxation to your body.

  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure you feel comfortable and have any questions answered. Wear comfortable workout clothes and we'll take care of the rest!

  • You can cancel your class reservation up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. If you cancel after that time or don't show up, we won't be able to issue a refund and a $10 fee will be charged.

  • Please note that if you are waitlisted for a class, you must arrive on time or risk losing your spot. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry. Additionally, if you can't make it to the class, it's your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist. Late cancellations still apply if you're added to the class roster from the waitlist within the late cancellation window.

  • R&R Studio may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and offer refunds at our discretion.

  • To attend our classes, please note that students must be at least 12 years old. For students under 16, an adult must accompany them. Additionally, students under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before attending class. Thank you!
